I recently bought a new toshiba laptop through RKS. I hassled Riaan quite a bit, wanting to know the status of my order. He was always friendly, and I was kept updated on the whole process. There was no stock when I ordered, and he kept me up to date on the arrival dates. Good friendly service is hard to come by these days. RKS does a good job, and their prices are great too.
